Cell Structure
With talk of forming 2012 communities or hilltop survival camps, I'd like to suggest another approach.
The use of a cell grouping has work for terrorists as it did in WWII. I'd suggest maybe some way to link groups or skilled individuals together. Maybe Short Wave frequencies, map locations, etc. where no matter what happens, those with the know, ability, and tools for survival can co-exist although separately yet still linked to the next closest groups as a means of support.

Hi,
I'm doing it here in Portugal, trying to "awake" people so they can work together. I live in a very particular place, Sintra. It's a "door" or "window" esoretic speaking, to other levels, to other places and dimensions. Here we have the "tools" to get things running. I want to do more, to help other countries (Europe). I think and feel very strongly that 2009 is crucial to do all that work. I've a blog in portuguese called CAUSALUSA PROJECTO 2012, and I'm doing my best to spread the real news, with honesty and without fear, or fundamentalisms. Take care

Ok I'm that frantic informer.......!!!!! Ok, the thing is that we don't konw, nobody kowns in fact what's safe....but my feeling, and just my feeling is that here we can have a chance. I'm gonna do a kind of " project" to put things running here. I let you know!

If here people are closed to learn ( and I'm doing all I can to spread honestly the "news") inspite being portuguese, and in the other hand you my friends are interested finding a place........but as you told me I'm following my heart.
