I'm a Canadian author, researcher and historian with a background in education. I've written 10 books about the history of the West Coast.

My latest book has nothing to do with the history of the coast, however, and everything to do with my own spiritual journey, the history of Man and the 2012 event.

I started practising the designs and painting and I entered into their cosmos a little bit...but that was overwhelming enough for a beginner. I painted the bullhead (salmon?) on a old door, but I thought the story was about a shaman...then I found out about that trickster raven snatching it up.and the joke was on me..for attempting such grand designs! Anyway my head hasn't been the same since I went into that mythological landscape. It was a very pan dimensional experience for me there, and I didn't listen to my 'guides' properly.But I've learnt now in retrospect, and now I've had an invite to Australia...I hope I do better.
